Hi Lonnie,

I was at your class in Dallas this past fall with Jackie Lange of Cash Flow Depot. I left really inspired.

I inherited a little bit of money so I started hunting for some Lonnie deals. I followed your advice:"the park manager is key". I took a park manager out to lunch a week after your course. When we got back to the office she gave me the name of a man that wanted to sell fast. So I picked up a very nice single wide that needed no work for $5000--on tax rolls for $9000. Then she told me about another one that needed lots of work that I could purchase for $500.00-single wide 3 bedroom 2 bath. I put 6k into it-needed a new roof and so on. I finished all rehab work about 2 wks before Christmas--not the best time to sell anything. Meanwhile, the park was sold to Intercapital---NOT investor FRIENDLY. Fortunately, the old park owner has a new park and said he would pay to move my mobiles to his park close to Fort Worth. The manager there is friendly and they will give 2 months free lot rent. I should be able to sell these for 19k and 16K--owner finance. Just wanted to let you know I am acting on what you taught.

Enjoyed your speaking and Life lessons. You had spoke on Sunday about temporary inconvenience and real problems --such as cancer. This rang so true, as I am a breast cancer survivor with 3 small children. Glad you are speaking up about quality time with family. Too many moms (and dads) these days are caught up in the rat race and "keeping up with the Jones". I am trying to do the least amount of work possible--so I am done by 3pm for the kiddos. I hope you keep speaking out to parents about whats really important--as you have a very captive audience that you can influence.
